This lesson was written for PSP 9 but can be done in any other version of PSP.
This tutorial assumes you have a basic working knowledge of PSP.
Materials needed:
Tubes used for this lesson are
provided in the zip file below.

I like to thank the makers of the tubes and
images used in this tutorial. Please leave all file names
and watermarks in place in respect to the makers and original
artists of these images.
Before we start:
Unzip your materials to a folder of your choice. Open
the tubes and images in your PSP program. Make a copy of them
and close originals. Minimize these images for now.
Set your
foreground colour to #feb356 and your background colour to #b65825.
Step 1) Open a New
Transparent Raster Image size 470 x 470 pixels. This is now your
Main Image.
Step 2) Fill Main image
with the foreground colour.
Step 3) Effects-Illumination
Effects-Sunburst with the following settings. See image.

Step 4) Layers-New Raster
Layer.
Step 5) Selections
- Select All (CTRL-A).
Step 6) Restore image calguismistedpaysage10110.pspimage. Edit
-Copy (CTRL-C).
Step 7) Go to your Main Image
click on Edit-Paste-Paste Into Selection. (CTRL-Shift-L).
Step 8) Selections-Select
None (CTRL-D).
Step 9) Restore calguisnostagie28110.pspimage. Click
on Edit -Copy (CTRL-C).
Step 10) Back to your Main Image
click on Edit-Paste As A New Layer (CTRL-L). Resize this
image by Clicking on Image-Resize with the following settings:
Width/Height: 70%, Resample using: Bicubic, Resize all
layers NOT checked. Move this image to the bottom right.
Step 11) Effects-3D Effects-Drop
Shadow with the following settings: Horizontal/Vertical: 0;
Opacity: 75; Blur: 2.00; Colour: Black.
Step 12) Layers-Merge-Merge All(Flatten).
Step 13) Image-Add Borders
with the following settings: Symmetric: checked; 2 pixel
border; colour: black.
Step 14) Image-Add Borders with
the following settings: Symmetric: checked; 25 pixel border;
colour: white.
Step 15) With your Magic
wand, tolerance and feather set to 0 (null), select your
border and fill with the following gradient. Settings: Foreground-background;
Angle: 45; Repeats: 1; Style: Linear. See Image.

Step 16) Selections-Select None.
Step 17) Image-Add Borders
with the following settings: Symmetric: checked; 2 pixel
border; colour: black.
Step 18) Selections-Select All.
Step 19) Selections-Modify-Contract
by 29.
Step 20) Selections-Invert.
Step 21) Effects-Outer Bevel with
the following settings. See Image.

Step 22) Effects-Illumination
Effects-Sunburst with the same settings as step 3.
Step 23) Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance.
Step 24) Selections-Select None.
Step 25) Restore calguismist2rose15110.pspimage. Click
on Edit -Copy (CTRL-C).
Step 26) Go to your Main
Image click on Edit-Paste As A New Layer (CTRL-L). Resize
this image by Clicking on Image-Resize with the following settings:
Width/Height: 20%, Resample using: Bicubic, Resize all
layers NOT checked. Resize this image again with
a Width/Height of 50% the rest of the settings remain the same.
Step 27) Adjust-Hue and
Saturation-Colorize with the following settings: Hue: 23;
Saturation: 175.
Step 28) Move this image
(rose) to the right bottom corner.
Step 29) Layers-Duplicate
Step 30) Image-Mirror
Step 31) Next we will add some
text. Please
note that the Font and size used may need to be adjusted in different
versions of PSP.
Step 32) Click on your text
tool and enter text of your choice with the following
settings.
Create as: Vector; Font: Brockscript (or your choice); Size/units:
34 pixels; Alignment:
Centre; Anti-alias: smooth; Stroke Width: 1.00. Colours: foreground:
#b65825. Background: #feb356. Background set to the
gradient as described in Step 15.
Step 33) Layers-Convert
to Raster Layer
Step 34) Effects-3D Effects-Drop
Shadow with these settings: Horizontal/Vertical: 1; Opacity:
75; Blur: 1.00; Colour: Black.
Step 35) Layers-Merge-Merge
All (Flatten)
Step 36) Add a New Raster Layer
and place your watermark. (Optional)
Step 37) Merge your Layers
again by Clicking on Layers-Merge-Merge All (Flatten).
Step 38) Here you could resize
your picture to the size you want.
Step 39) Save your image
by Clicking on File-Export-JPEG Optimizer
